Job Description:

The Flavourist will be responsible for developing and enhancing flavor solutions to meet customer needs and market demands.:
- Independently develop new flavor solutions for innovation and customer projects that align with technical and sensory requirements., Collaborate with application and development teams to create successful product-integrated flavor solutions., Optimize and refine flavors using analytical and sensory data, including chromatographic evaluations., Conduct sensory evaluations and tastings of end products with internal and external project participants., Adapt flavors to meet specific technological and regional market requirements., Support customer visits both domestically and internationally., Act as a technical advisor for flavor selection in customer projects and provide problem-solving expertise., Engage in sensory evaluation and tastings of flavors for specific customer projects., Participate in creative workshops and product portfolio reviews for ongoing product development., Support the management of raw material portfolios and participate in sensory panels for new selections., Collaborate with quality control to address challenges related to raw materials and flavors.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry
- Food Science
- or a related field
- At least five years of proven experience as a flavourist
- Exceptional sensory skills and a strong willingness to experiment
- Experience with data evaluation from instrumental analytics
- particularly GC/LC-MS
- Knowledge of food and flavor regulations
- International outlook and a cosmopolitan approach
- Self-motivated

- Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills for productive interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications
