Oversee the Master Data Project within the global FIT4 Program in the Consumer Markets segment.:

Manage the Master Data Project in the context of the global FIT4 Program within the Consumer Markets segment., Develop the global master data template., Coordinate and design global master data structures in collaboration with business and IT experts., Define system requirements and explore implementation options while overseeing distributed IT and process architecture., Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment., Plan and steer master data migration during rollouts within the Consumer Markets segment., Monitor progress, identify deviations, and integrate local needs into global templates., Align transformation processes with ongoing projects in the Consumer Markets segment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics
• Computer Science
• or related fields
• Three to five years of experience in master data management and product management
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• particularly SAP S4
• Comprehensive understanding of IT architecture with knowledge of both SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• Experience in global SAP S4 rollouts and data migration projects
• Strong project management skills with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and mentor team members
• Experience in change management
• Strong communication abilities
• Excellent proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous
