Job Description:

As a Data and AI Senior Consultant, you will immerse yourself in the complex world of aviation data, where you will create groundbreaking data-driven products and explore innovative applications of artificial intelligence tailored for the aviation sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients to identify and analyze their business challenges, enabling you to craft AI solutions that effectively address their needs. You will take the lead on projects, overseeing the entire process from solution design to stakeholder communication and team coaching. You will manage high-impact engagements, ensuring timely project delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Your expertise will be essential in initiating projects by accurately assessing client needs and removing barriers to enable your team to commence work swiftly. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated machine learning models, computer vision applications, or generative AI solutions within cloud environments, focusing on various components such as architecture, data ingestion, and machine learning techniques. You will transform data science prototypes into scalable products equipped with robust pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive data solutions. It is also vital to contribute to the growth of our practices and cultural initiatives within the organization, while actively identifying new business opportunities during discussions with potential clients. The following tasks will be central to your role as a Data and AI Senior Consultant::

Conduct in-depth analysis of aviation data to innovate new products and AI applications, Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and develop tailored AI solutions, Lead project teams independently, managing stakeholder relationships and coaching team members, Oversee high-impact engagements, ensuring project timelines are met while effectively managing resources and risks, Initiate projects by understanding client needs and removing obstacles for the team, Develop and implement complex machine learning and AI solutions in cloud environments, Transform prototypes into production-ready products with robust data pipelines, Contribute to the development of end-to-end data solutions alongside cross-functional teams, Drive internal initiatives and contribute to the organizational culture, Identify and explore new business opportunities during client interactions, Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities

Skillset:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and practical experience
• Experience with cloud analytical environments and solution architecture
• Ability to design and build data integration pipelines
• Project management experience
• particularly with agile methodologies
• Proficiency in programming languages
• especially Python and its data science libraries
• Excellent communication skills in English

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science
• mathematics

• Proven consulting experience with a successful track record of solving business and technical problems for clients
