Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Manager to oversee clinical product education initiatives. As a leader in innovative medical devices for hearing loss treatment, our organization is committed to enhancing the skills and knowledge of professionals in the field. This role will involve planning and executing training activities that align with our organizational goals, ensuring that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of our technology and clinical concepts.

The Training Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing training programs for healthcare professionals regarding our clinical procedures and technology.:

    Oversee the planning and execution of training activities for professionals using our technologies, Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational strategies and ensure successful delivery, Develop comprehensive knowledge of competitive hearing implant systems and maintain in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, Create, update, and maintain training documents, reports, presentations, and materials ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, Evaluate training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training effectiveness and competency development

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Audiology or a scientific discipline such as biomedical engineering
  • Relevant clinical experience with hearing implants and a strong motivation to stay updated on current developments
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly and effectively
  • Outstanding presentation skills with an excellent command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages such as German
  • Spanish
  • or French is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent planning
