In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and managing applications tailored for the insurance brokerage industry, utilizing both Salesforce and Microsoft .NET platforms. As this is a newly integrated technology, your expertise will be vital in driving the development of new features, overseeing release management, and facilitating updates and DevOps processes. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks that ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.:

Customize and implement Salesforce solutions to support key business processes and objectives.;; Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions in accordance with business needs.;; Develop applications using Visualforce, Apex, Lightning components, and ensure proper integrations with third-party solutions.;; Manage data migrations, integrations, and deployments utilizing tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.;; Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the Salesforce environment meets performance and functionality needs.;; Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.;; Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, and propose improvements to enhance team efficiency.
