Job Description:

As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing breeding processes.:
- Facilitate interactions with expert users to map out breeding processes., Analyze and document breeding workflows to pinpoint areas for standardization and improvement, focusing particularly on seed inventory and field & greenhouse activities., Develop process maps, flowcharts, and visual representations of processes in line with best practices and tools (such as SAP Signavio, BPMN 2.0)., Collaborate with station experts to implement software solutions at breeding stations., Assist in the technical setup of hardware and IT infrastructure during the initial phases of software deployment., Organize and prepare workshops and training sessions for software and hardware implementation in breeding., Create user manuals, technical documentation, and best practices for seed inventory management and field & greenhouse operations., Provide 1st and 2nd level support for software utilized in breeding., Research and evaluate external software and hardware offerings that could enhance seed inventory and field & greenhouse operations., Conduct gap analyses between legacy systems to determine pathways for process optimization and digital transformation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related fields

- or related sectors is highly valued.
- Proven experience with software implementation in an international company.
- Strong background in process excellence methodologies
- project management
- and data management
- with knowledge of database administration. Familiarity with agile/scrum frameworks for software development is an advantage.
- Experience with special hardware configuration and lifecycle management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional

- and global teams. A result-driven approach and a passion for driving change and pursuing digital transformation are essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required (additional languages such as German are a plus).
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20%).
