Discover your exciting role:

Take full accountability for maintaining and operating all product-related business and IT services, including availability and capacity management., Develop and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies., Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements. Act as a key stakeholder, keeping a deep understanding of market and industry trends., Collaborate with the product team to ensure they understand the product vision and are designing features that meet business and partner needs., Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them while continually seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency in product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Computer Science
• or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management
• with experience in Agile methodologies/frameworks.
• Strong background in software development
• including knowledge of multiple programming languages
• frameworks
• and development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum. Experience with DevOps practices
• CI/CD pipelines
• and cloud technologies such as Azure and Docker.
• Proven experience leading and managing software development teams
• with the ability to mentor team members and enforce best practices. Proficient in both English and German.
• Excellent organizational skills

• and the ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.
