As part of our diverse, multi-functional team, you'll play a critical role in developing features within a specific value stream. We foster a collaborative environment where you can engage in healthy discussions, influencing product owners' user stories based on input from customers, stakeholders, and your fellow team members. We've established a Frontend Community of Practice to ensure technical knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices. As a developer in our team, you're not only expected to write clean code, but you should also have an understanding of UI and UX to suggest improvements to the user journey.:

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of five years of professional experience as a frontend or full-stack software developer
    • with familiarity in practices like code review

    • Solid knowledge of Angular 2+
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • and TypeScript.
    • Experience with ES6
    • Webpack
    • ESLint
    • design systems
    • and component libraries like PrimeNG
    • IBMCarbon
    • or Material.
    • Familiarity with UI methodologies and web service APIs (REST
    • GraphQL
    • or both).
    • Well-versed in testing and bundling JavaScript code
    • and using testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress for integration

    • Experience in agile software development methodologies (SCRUM
    • Kanban).
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Open-minded and passionate about working collaboratively within a small team.
