Senior Manager, Extended Producer Responsibility

Job Description:

    Our Extended Responsibility Compliance team is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee and implement large-scale global programs that ensure compliance for our businesses and operations. The team is dedicated to assessing environmental compliance requirements globally and ensuring adherence to post-consumer waste regulations. We drive innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions to protect the environment through effective waste collection and recycling for our customers.

This position involves leading a team and collaborating with various business owners to define strategy, requirements, and timelines. The Senior Manager will lead complex cross-functional initiatives and communicate regularly with senior management regarding roadmaps, program updates, risks, and change management. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in product compliance, working with business leaders to navigate challenges that enable growth and cost reduction.:

    Lead a team of compliance professionals to execute complex multi-disciplinary projects across multiple stakeholder groups., Identify and spearhead complex initiatives aimed at enhancing business growth and reducing compliance costs., Present strategic roadmaps and project reviews to senior leadership., Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for existing and new products by understanding product attributes., Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, business, and technical teams to ensure compliance requirements are met and projects are completed successfully.

Qualifications:
