Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization::

Design and communicate high-level structures to guide the development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs, encompassing technology, service, process, and organization., Provide comprehensive guidance on the development and modification of solution components to ensure compatibility with relevant architectures, strategies, policies, and standards., Oversee overall solution architecture and IT governance in R2R with a focus on Finance Consolidation, IFRS, and Local GAAP Reporting, as well as SAP S4HANA Finance solutions implementation., Maintain expert-level knowledge in specialized areas and provide definitive advice, consolidating expertise from multiple sources to further organizational objectives., Participate in recruitment processes, proposing support for hiring decisions and pre-selection of candidates., Allocate work among team members based on experience, complexity, and workload to optimize organizational efficiency., Continuously monitor team workload and organizational efficiency, making necessary adjustments to meet business needs., Provide clear direction and targets to team members that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• IT
• or a related field
• or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English
• both spoken and written.
• Comprehensive knowledge of finance business processes
• specifically in Record to Report (R2R)
• including IFRS and Local GAAP
• with experience in Group accounting or Corporate accounting considered a plus.
• Expertise in SAP S4HANA FICO with a focus on R2R and Consolidation
• including involvement in 1-2 full-cycle implementation projects as a solution architect or principal consultant.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA for Group Reporting
• having participated in at least one full-cycle implementation project and possessing over three years of experience with the software.
• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP S4HANA Group Reporting capabilities.
• Experience in implementing other SAP financial consolidation solutions such as SAP BPC
• EC-CS
• or SEM BCS in a senior role
• with a total of more than seven years working in the field.
• Strong requirement-gathering capabilities with a focus on delivering business satisfaction.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with readiness to lead solution architecture in R2R and Consolidation areas.
• At least ten years of experience in IT
• with a minimum of two years in team management.
