As a Team Lead, you will oversee the functional and line management of your group by motivating its members and ensuring operational success.:

Manage and motivate team members while overseeing functional and line management, Plan operational activities for the group in collaboration with department management, Assist in both operational and strategic planning for the department, Foster continuous methodological, personal, and structural development within the team, Ensure compliance with company regulations, processes, and guidelines among group members, Plan group resources for relevant projects and upcoming activities, Regularly report on the reliability of the wind turbine fleet to the R&D departments, identifying areas for improvement, Initiate and implement projects aimed at optimizing wind turbine generator reliability, Address load issues within the wind turbine fleet and optimize loads on existing turbines

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
