You will be responsible for leading a team focused on sourcing and supply chain management.:

Oversee the strategic and operational management of a five-member team focused on gardening products, mechanical components, and raw materials., Continuously evaluate and enhance all relevant supply chain processes for optimization and efficiency., Develop and execute a robust supplier strategy, including the identification and development of new suppliers., Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities and efficiencies., Conduct annual price negotiations and establish framework agreements., Analyze market conditions, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies., Support and mentor your team in daily operations and standardize internal processes., Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate supplier performance., Manage national and international purchasing projects., Collaborate as a team member on new product initiatives, working closely with project management and R&D to negotiate contracts and ensure supplier compliance with delivery, cost, and quality standards., Continuously monitor and support suppliers in terms of environmental, social, and governance standards.
