Lead the evolution and excellence of our software platform, Implement both long-term and short-term development plans in collaboration with product marketing colleagues, Manage a talented software team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution, Facilitate daily meetings to foster communication and alignment within the team, Engage in code reviews and actively contribute to the technical aspects of projects, Collaborate with the team to define the future software architecture of a flexible platform, Regularly report development and design status to the team leader and steering group, Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure product development is targeted and customer-oriented

• Innovative and up-to-date with technology trends
