As a Product Design Intern, you will engage in various tasks aimed at understanding customer needs and enhancing product design.:

Conduct thorough research to gather customer insights and understand their business strategies;; Communicate findings to internal teams, including Engineering and Account teams;; Collaborate with relevant partners to support business outcomes effectively;; Build and maintain relationships with customer team members to align on needs and feedback;; Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and identifying technical capabilities and blockers;; Leverage development opportunities to enhance your expertise in customer success disciplines
