You will develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our product vision and user needs, and engage in ongoing product discovery to refine design solutions based on user feedback and evolving requirements.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for various critical tasks that contribute to the overall design and functionality of our applications.:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors., Translate user research findings into actionable design improvements., Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with our product vision., Participate in ongoing product discovery to refine design solutions., Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts., Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly, adhering to our brand identity., Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all products., Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback., Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products., Incorporate principles of product psychology to create meaningful user experiences., Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum four years of experience in UX/UI design
• preferably in the healthcare
• medical
• or fitness app industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines for Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze user research and behavioral data to derive insights and implement effective design solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• capable of presenting design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex design challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality designs.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while effectively managing multiple projects.
• Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
