Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our team in a fully remote role or in a hybrid capacity from our Cincinnati or Chicago offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences in our B2B SaaS products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing professionals to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that not only meet technical specifications but also resonate with our clients. Your responsibilities will include crafting wireframes, prototypes, and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and align with our brand identity. You will play a critical role in ensuring our products deliver outstanding usability while driving user engagement and satisfaction.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be tasked with enhancing the overall user experience of our products through various design methodologies.:

Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to merge design with technical execution.;; Design and prototype innovative UI/UX solutions that satisfy user needs and business objectives.;; Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.;; Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs continuously.;; Integrate UI/UX designs with front-end APIs for seamless functionality.
