Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team focused on transforming the financial landscape through digital solutions. As part of our mission, you will be involved in creating user-centered designs and enhancing the digital experience for our clients in the Sparkassen financial group. Your role will include conceptualizing and designing seamless user experiences for various digital financial platforms, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of both users and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product owners and developers in an agile environment, bringing your creative ideas to life through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your insights from user research will be instrumental in refining our designs and enhancing user satisfaction. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for driving the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.:

Participate in exciting projects that advance the digitalization efforts for the Sparkassen., Design user-centered experiences for clients and advisors within the financial sector., Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners and developers in an agile framework., Create information architectures and design solutions, such as sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes., Work closely with researchers to integrate user feedback from surveys into design prototypes., Present UX concepts to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating a clear understanding of design ideas.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing digital products.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and processes.
• Empathetic understanding of user needs and preferences.
• Fluent in German at C1 level and proficient in English.
