Purpose:

    Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites, to identify potential candidates., Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit, and evaluate skills through interviews and assessments., Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical functions by engaging and nurturing passive candidates., Create compelling job descriptions and manage postings on applicant tracking systems and relevant job boards., Foster proactive communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience and professional representation of the company., Collaborate with recruiters to present qualified candidates for further evaluation., Ensure timely and courteous communication with candidates, providing feedback and addressing inquiries., Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, preparing necessary materials and logistical support., Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations., Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to refine sourcing strategies and align efforts to meet recruitment goals., Track and report key sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements., Participate in industry events and online communities to expand professional networks and stay updated on trends., Support administrative tasks related to recruitment documentation and onboarding., Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the recruitment process and contribute ideas for improvement., Lead additional recruitment initiatives as required., Adapt schedule based on business demands to accommodate hiring needs., Oversee and manage an average workload of twenty-five requisitions simultaneously, ensuring quality of hires and diversity in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • At least two to three years of experience in international recruiting with a focus on sourcing roles

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the footwear

  • Experience in a large global matrix organization is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving recruitment initiatives and sourcing mandates to meet hiring objectives.
  • International experience in recruitment projects across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR
