We are currently seeking two Engineering Managers to join our teams, focusing on enhancing promotions and pricing capabilities, as well as optimizing the checkout experience and related services. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to build reliable and scalable commerce solutions.

The Opportunity::

You will be responsible for fostering a positive culture within your team., Your role will involve enhancing team health, motivation, career growth, and team-building initiatives., You will promote a culture of constructive feedback and support, ensuring team members feel safe to share ideas., Conduct effective one-on-one meetings with your engineers., You will oversee the delivery processes of your team., You will play a key role in initiating projects and ensuring smooth delivery., You will work collaboratively to remove blockers and seek process improvements alongside your team and Product Manager., You will maintain a curious mindset, continuously striving to enhance team performance., You will align with our technical vision and provide guidance to engineers., Collaboration with other Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Agile Coaches, People Business Partners, the Head of Engineering, and the CTO will be essential.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience managing software engineers in a product team

• Experience in leading distributed teams and promoting a sense of belonging in remote environments
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies
