As a Digital Service Engineer, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and troubleshooting customer equipment, providing technical support, and optimizing maintenance schedules.:

Diagnose technical issues and offer solutions through remote communication channels., Provide remote assistance to field technicians and customers, focusing on preventive maintenance., Analyze remote monitoring data to generate reports on equipment health and maintenance recommendations., Utilize cloud-based monitoring tools to enhance the availability of customer assets., Collaborate with data analysts to identify patterns and improve remote monitoring tools., Develop a structured recommendation database for effective troubleshooting procedures., Work with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and knowledge is shared., Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the effective use of digital maintenance tools.

Skillset:

• Proficient in troubleshooting industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills for remote support.
• Knowledge of cloud-based monitoring and analytics software.

Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology or similar qualification with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience as a service engineer
• preferably in industrial heating and refrigeration technologies.
• Valid class 3 driving license and readiness to travel for customer assignments (estimated 10% travel time).
• Knowledge in measurement
• control and regulation technology
• along with proficient use of MS Office.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
