Head of Global Network Performance Management
Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to oversee the implementation of our Multichannel Network Transformation on a global scale and manage the evolution of our multichannel network assets, including design, approval, and execution, in alignment with our strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our global network performance management.:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on the global network plan, including current status, transformation investment proposals, approvals, and implementation timelines, Ensure optimal design and infrastructure for network transformation projects, aligning with capacity needs, Implement a standardized capacity calculation approach across countries and projects, continually enhancing simulation models based on feedback, Review the performance and utilization of network nodes post-implementation, identifying and sharing best practices, Monitor saturation levels of the global multichannel network, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to support growth objectives, Design and enhance technological tools for network design, scenario analyses, capacity parametrization, and operational process modeling, Support and guide countries in executing network transformations, ensuring training for key stakeholders, Define and align key performance indicators along the network evolution path to facilitate timely changes considering service levels, CAPEX, and OPEX requirements, Manage multifaceted stakeholder relationships due to the broad implications of this role

Qualifications:
- University degree in supply chain management
- economics
- or engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of the FMCG wholesale business dynamics
- particularly in supply chain and fulfillment operations; knowledge of store operations is advantageous
- Extensive experience in warehouse design

- and optimization; consultancy experience is a plus
- Project management or process management experience is preferred
- Dependable and responsible work ethic in a multicultural environment
- Strong strategic conceptual skills with the ability to manage complexity and drive simplification
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
