As a Senior UX/UI Designer, your responsibilities will include driving the entire design process from concept to completion while ensuring user-centric design principles are adhered to.:

Lead UX/UI design initiatives across all facets of our web-based SaaS offerings., Own the design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and visual design., Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, in an Agile setting., Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design decisions., Analyze user feedback and data to continuously enhance product usability and design., Manage and streamline design tools and tech stacks to align with evolving company objectives., Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to innovate and elevate our design approach.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and the ability to manage and optimize design technology stacks.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and working within Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced
