In this exciting role as a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in eliminating manual configuration and management tasks. Your mission will be to streamline the construction and lifecycle management of extensive IT landscapes, enabling them to be initiated with just a single click, leveraging advanced automation technologies including AI. You will support the implementation and configuration of infrastructure landscapes and services across both private and public cloud platforms. Your contributions will be vital in the development of innovative solutions aimed at enhancing and standardizing our services, with a strong emphasis on automated deployment and efficient operations of cloud infrastructure throughout its lifecycle. As a self-motivated learner and collaborative team player, you will actively participate in the implementation of cloud-native features and cutting-edge technologies.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass designing, architecting, and building advanced infrastructure automation solutions. You will be integral to the delivery of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Solutions.:

Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud infrastructure., Work on automating the management of IT landscapes., Collaborate with team members to standardize service delivery., Participate in the development of cloud-native technologies and features., Engage in continuous learning of new tools and practices in the DevOps space.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell/Bash or Python to enhance work efficiency.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Understanding of Kubernetes
• containerization
• and virtualization technologies like KVM.
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Agile
• and Kanban work models.
• A strong desire to learn and grow
• coupled with a curious and motivated mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
