Job Description:
- We are seeking a talented User Experience Design Specialist to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience and interface of our flagship product, WinSped, which is at the forefront of logistics and transportation software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include designing user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that enhance the usability of our applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish cohesive UX concepts while maintaining a consistent design language across all user interface components. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining design guidelines and best practices to ensure a high-quality user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of digital transport management solutions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

As a User Experience Design Specialist, your key responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the overall user experience of our software products.:
- Conceptualize and develop user experience and user interface designs for the WinSped product family, Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes within cross-functional product teams, Coordinate and implement comprehensive UX concepts that align with user needs and business goals, Manage and standardize design language and UI element behavior in accordance with style guides, Maintain and update design guidelines, patterns, and style guides while advancing the WinSped design systems, Collaborate with team members to ensure design requirements are met across product development, Generate innovative ideas and solutions for the enhancement of existing digital products

- Strong creativity and the ability to work effectively in a team
