Job Description:

As a vital part of our design team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from design, development, and project management to work on exciting web projects for our clients. Your role will involve actively contributing to the design of websites, web applications, and online shops, while also bringing your innovative ideas for engaging UX and UI elements into the mix. This position offers the chance to lead and shape digital customer projects from concept to realization, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch design solutions that meet their needs.

You will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and oversight of our digital customer projects from initial idea through to execution.:

Develop mood boards, wireframes, and key visuals to guide design projects., Take charge of creating new design lines and provide insights into emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies., Ensure the creative quality of all design outputs, maintaining high standards throughout the process., Leverage your usability expertise to make technically complex functions accessible through effective user navigation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four years of professional experience in digital design
• preferably within a digital agency.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your work on complex web projects
• particularly in e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• along with an understanding of online marketing trends and digital strategies.
• Creative thinking combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• both with clients and internally within the team.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• as well as familiarity with web technologies.
• Fluency in German at a native level or at least C1 proficiency.
