We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic PACE Flight Operations Team in Berlin. In this pivotal role, you will be engaged in the development of cutting-edge products within the civil aviation sector. Your primary responsibility will involve gathering, analyzing, and interpreting intricate datasets that pertain to flight operations and performance. Your analytical insights will play a crucial role in guiding strategic decisions and fostering innovation in our applications, contributing to enhanced efficiency within the aviation industry.

As a Data Engineer / Data Analyst, your primary tasks will include overseeing data analytics for our Flight Profile Optimizer and maintaining the necessary infrastructure.:

Collect, process, and analyze extensive datasets from various sources, including flight data, maintenance records, and operational logs., Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility., Conduct statistical analyses and create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and customers., Collaborate with cross-functional teams, encompassing developers, product owners, and aviation experts, to comprehend data requirements and deliver actionable insights., Ensure high standards of data quality and implement best practices for data governance., Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis and aviation technology.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL

• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
