Our team is on the cutting edge of developing efficient and sustainable flight trajectories globally, and we seek an Aircraft Performance Developer to join our international, multidisciplinary team. As a key player, you will maintain, test, and enhance high-resolution aircraft performance capabilities using proprietary Boeing tools and data while working on a C++ application. Your expertise will guide the development and documentation of software architectures that meet customer and regulatory requirements, ensuring high standards of quality. You will provide technical leadership for project management tasks, assist with risk management, develop software designs and algorithms, and lead integration and testing efforts. This role offers you the chance to work on groundbreaking aviation technologies and contribute directly to enhancing flight efficiency worldwide.

As an Aircraft Performance Developer, you will play a critical role in our Flight Plan Optimization team.:
- Maintain and enhance aircraft performance capabilities using Boeing's tools and data;; Develop and document software application architectures across various platforms;; Lead project management initiatives, including scheduling and planning;; Conduct software design and algorithm development;; Perform integration and testing of software applications;; Manage relationships with customers and suppliers;; Provide technical expertise on aviation regulatory issues;; Support root cause analysis for software issues and implement improvements
