We are looking for an experienced VP of Hydrometallurgy Delivery to oversee all aspects of HDR BL delivery, including engineering, procurement, and project execution. You will be responsible for the profit and loss management within the HDR project portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and communication. This role will primarily be based in Espoo, Finland, with flexible working arrangements available, including hybrid options, alongside travel commitments of up to 40%.

As the VP of Hydrometallurgy Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing all delivery activities in the HDR BL, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.:

Manage project delivery activities across engineering, procurement, and site support;; Ensure profitable operations within HDR BL deliveries;; Oversee resource allocation and performance management for HDR Delivery Operations;; Guarantee that all hydrometallurgy deliveries comply with internal and local safety standards;; Communicate the operational and business model of HDR BL to all relevant stakeholders;; Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on lessons learned
