Job Description:
- We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic Interaction Design team. This internationally recognized team is responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across various platforms within the Atlas Copco Industrial Technique business area. Your primary goal will be to simplify complex technology for professionals working in large-scale production environments. You will engage in designing user interfaces for a diverse range of applications, from handheld tools to sophisticated desktop software. As part of a multifunctional development team, you will collaborate with fellow designers, ensuring that our UI components align seamlessly with our established design system. Your contributions will help unify our user interface design across multiple products and systems, enhancing the overall user experience. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with teams located in Sweden, Italy, Germany, the UK, and the US, fostering a global perspective in your design approach. This role supports a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of remote work and in-person collaboration, with occasional travel to meet colleagues and clients.

As a UI Designer, your responsibilities will include the following::
- Collaborating with UX designers to create cohesive and engaging user interfaces;; Developing UI components that adhere to the design system;; Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback;; Ensuring consistency across various applications and products;; Engaging in user research to understand user needs and preferences;; Working alongside development teams to implement designs effectively
