As a Structural Engineer II, you will engage in the analysis and design of structures that are essential for supporting or resisting loads. Your work will primarily focus on the design of buildings and large structures, and may also involve machinery, medical equipment, and vehicles where structural integrity is crucial for functionality and safety. You will participate in various projects, ensuring adherence to our quality standards while enhancing integrated design processes by collaborating across different engineering disciplines. Your role will also require you to respond effectively to client needs, stay updated with industry standards and new developments, and work constructively with colleagues and external partners, including architects and other engineering disciplines. An international mindset is essential as you will collaborate with teams from different offices to ensure project quality and success.

As a Structural Engineer II, you will be responsible for leading and executing various structural engineering projects.:

Conduct structural modeling and drafting for multiple project types;; Ensure project execution aligns with established quality systems;; Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to enhance design integration;; Address and fulfill client requirements and expectations;; Stay informed on industry standards and advancements, sharing knowledge with team members;; Work closely with architects and other design professionals to ensure cohesive project development;; Engage in international collaboration for engineering tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in structural engineering projects
• Experience with concrete and steel structure design
• Familiarity with projects located outside of Romania is an advantage
• Proficient in using Revit or Advance Steel software
• Experience with calculation software is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
