Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in understanding our website's performance and user behavior. This position involves analyzing traffic patterns, user interactions, and various performance metrics to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing user experience through detailed analysis of user journeys and will be responsible for designing and executing A/B tests to identify the best strategies for improving conversion rates. As part of a continuous optimization process, you will iterate on findings from previous experiments, applying insights to future tests to drive ongoing enhancements in user experience and site performance. Collaboration with product designers and managers is essential as you will work closely with the product team to identify areas for improvement and guide prioritization in UX design decisions. Your analytical skills will be vital in pinpointing gaps in data quality to ensure reliable and actionable analysis.
