We are looking for a Head of Machine Learning who will lead a team of experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and innovation. You will define and implement strategies for our machine learning initiatives to keep us at the forefront of technology and lead research and innovation projects while introducing new ML tools and frameworks to enhance team productivity and product quality. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to maintain high standards in ML architecture and methodologies.

• Ability to evaluate and implement new machine learning tools and frameworks for product enhancement.
• Pragmatic curiosity and passion for exploring and researching new frameworks and paradigms.
• Proficiency in working with complex and unconventional data to drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
