As the Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and advancing the quality assurance processes within our organization. Your role includes developing and implementing automated tests for desktop and web applications, optimizing testing processes and strategies to ensure the highest quality of software, and collaborating closely with developers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will analyze and document test results, troubleshoot issues, and mentor your team in test automation techniques.:

    Lead and develop the QA team;; Design, implement, and execute automated tests for desktop and web applications;; Optimize test processes and strategies to ensure software excellence;; Work closely with developers and DevOps for CI/CD integration of tests;; Analyze and document results while troubleshooting errors;; Mentor and train the team on test automation techniques
