Job Description:

    Join our dynamic team as a Project Management Officer where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various ad hoc projects and complex tasks. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving specific issues, ensuring streamlined processes across countries and centers. Your role will also involve reviewing and following up on action plans in collaboration with support teams in different countries. You will organize and manage structured events and workshops, preparing agendas, scheduling logistics, and ensuring connectivity for all participants. Additionally, you will evaluate policies to ensure compliance with corporate rules and our mission, liaising with clients, suppliers, and staff to facilitate smooth operations. You will track personnel expenses and manage administrative tasks such as travel plans and invoice checks for the department. Supporting the agenda of the global director, you will also coordinate and maintain communications through various channels, providing updates and information regarding departmental activities. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic global environment.
