Data Analyst

Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Ahlen, North Rhine-Westphalia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and procurement control. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and optimizing procurement costs and expenditures by sourcing both structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement, and conducting risk analysis throughout the procurement process. You will be expected to verify compliance of procurement data and develop strategies to ensure adherence to regulations. In addition, you will provide data-driven insights to enhance process optimization, implement efficient systems for data organization and modeling, and analyze data patterns to identify trends and correlations. You will also be responsible for summarizing findings in business intelligence tools and reports, improving data quality within IT systems, cleaning databases, and correcting errors. As part of your role, you will drive the development of a scalable integrated data architecture while supporting users in data quality processes to foster a data-driven culture.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on data analysis and procurement control.:

    Collect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources;; Analyze and optimize procurement costs and expenditures;; Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement;; Conduct risk analysis in the procurement process;; Ensure compliance of procurement data and develop adherence strategies;; Provide data-driven insights for process optimization;; Implement systems for data organization and modeling;; Analyze data patterns, correlations, and trends;; Summarize findings in BI tools and reports;; Enhance data quality within IT systems;; Clean databases and correct errors
