Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented Data Analyst to join our eCommerce team. This role is vital for evaluating data from our eCommerce platform and Google to generate valuable business insights and support strategic decisions. The primary focus of this position will be to assess full funnel behavior associated with our websites, analyze visitor interactions, evaluate product performance, and scrutinize sales and digital marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, webstore, product management, and IT teams to enhance our eCommerce performance and online visibility. Key responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses of website traffic, user behavior, and eCommerce metrics to spot trends and opportunities. You will collect and interpret website performance data, such as traffic volumes, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement, to identify patterns and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will analyze Customer Data Platform (CDP) data to define customer segments, optimizing marketing campaigns accordingly. You will support A/B testing initiatives to assess the effects of website modifications and collaborate with various teams to formulate data-driven strategies for both web and eCommerce projects. Defining tracking and event requirements to align with business objectives and monitoring the effectiveness of promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and website performance metrics will also be part of your duties. Regular reporting and dashboard creation to summarize key findings and present actionable insights to management are essential aspects of this role.
