We are seeking an experienced DevOps engineer to join Tietoevry's team, with offices located in either Skellefteå or Luleå. In this role, you will be part of the Industry/Education business unit, delivering a SaaS solution that is revolutionizing the Nordic education sector. By providing and enhancing this platform, you will help streamline daily operations for guardians, students, teachers, and school administrators through a unified platform for documentation, communication, scheduling, and administration. Tietoevry is currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth and technological transition from virtual machines to containers and Kubernetes, and they are looking for a DevOps engineer to join their expanding team, based either in Skellefteå or Luleå.

As a DevOps engineer, you will play a vital role within the client's DevOps team and ensure that their SaaS solution operates seamlessly and efficiently.:

System monitoring and troubleshooting;; Assisting in the implementation of automation wherever possible;; Managing operations within a cloud environment;; Handling SQL Server clusters and databases;; Overseeing network and security aspects

Qualifications:

• Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or equivalent
• Professional experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role in software operations
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL, with experience in both Windows and Linux Server environments
• A security-oriented mindset with an interest in various security aspects
• Familiarity with scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and C#
• Acquaintance with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Azure
