Job Description:

In this hybrid role, you will work at least two days a week from our Dublin office. You will become an integral part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to innovating our e-commerce platform. This position requires a combination of your UX and UI skills, along with your expertise in user experience and data analysis. With a vast user base, you will have numerous opportunities to experiment and enhance our offerings. You will collaborate with a talented group of over thirty-five designers and researchers to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will guide stakeholders in making impactful decisions using data-driven insights while maintaining consistency across our platform through a design-thinking approach. You will also serve as a strategic partner to the e-commerce leadership team, utilizing analytics and experimentation to inform business decisions and advocate for optimal results for both users and the organization.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that user needs are met while aligning with business objectives.:

Create user flows and design solutions that reflect our strategic goals.;; Work closely with engineering teams to ship products and implement iterative improvements.;; Conduct workshops with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.;; Utilize research tools and techniques to gather insights that inform design decisions.;; Communicate design rationales clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
