Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic People and Culture Executive to be an integral part of our vibrant team at a lifestyle hotel located on the eclectic South Bank of London. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping an outstanding employee experience and ensuring that our workplace is one where creativity, collaboration, and individuality are celebrated. Your duties will span a variety of functions within the People and Culture department, ensuring that operational processes run smoothly while fostering a welcoming environment for all team members. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that every new hire feels appreciated and becomes part of our distinctive culture. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations, providing support, and devising solutions to maintain a positive and engaging workplace atmosphere. Additionally, you will coordinate training and development initiatives to help our team members thrive in their roles, assist with payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and champion cultural initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing and foster community through events and programs.

The People and Culture Executive will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that support the overall mission of creating a positive employee experience.:

    Support daily operations of the People and Culture department;; Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members;; Manage employee relations and provide solutions for workplace issues;; Coordinate training and development programs for team growth;; Assist with payroll administration to ensure accuracy;; Champion company culture initiatives and wellness programs
