Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Property Executive to join our dynamic team located on Finchley Road in North West London. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. Your main responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with our clients, making certain that their experiences are nothing short of positive at every interaction. You will act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable guidance and assistance. This position requires a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring that every customer feels valued and understood.

As a Property Executive, you will manage the entire customer journey, ensuring each interaction is seamless and positive. Your role will involve responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and providing expert advice on our services.:

    Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat;; Proactively follow up on leads through outbound calls;; Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients;; Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently;; Provide expert guidance on service offerings;; Maintain accurate customer records
