Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our thriving organization. This role is pivotal as you will oversee a dedicated team of 10 to 15 Sales Executives, driving their performance while contributing to the overall sales strategy of the company. The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales leader who not only leads by example but also plays a significant role in shaping and developing our outbound sales team. You will be responsible for planning future recruitment needs and ensuring the team is motivated and performing at their best. Your extensive experience in B2B cold calling sales environments will be crucial as you guide your team through the challenges of prospecting and developing new business across various channels. In this hands-on position, you will conduct regular performance reviews, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement effective training programs to ensure high performance and staff retention. As a Sales Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include motivating and managing the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets, and enhancing their skills through regular coaching and training.:

    Day-to-day management of Sales Executives;; Setting and appraising performance against KPIs;; Conducting performance reviews and appraisals;; Leading the sales team in prospecting and developing new business;; Managing outbound telephone campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department;; Regularly meeting with Sales Managers to refine telesales strategies;; Delivering ongoing training and coaching to maintain high performance;; Compiling sales reports and analytics to present findings to senior management;; Minimizing staff attrition through clear communication and staff development initiatives;; Developing bonus plans and ongoing sales incentives for the team;; Managing performance improvement plans;; Handling sickness and holiday planning for the team
