You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and various internal teams to influence product development while serving as a trusted advisor in Cyber Exposure and Risk Management. This opportunity allows you to educate customers through webinars, keeping them informed about the latest trends and innovations in cybersecurity. Your contribution will be essential in positioning our company as a leader in the industry.

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will undertake various critical tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and success.:

    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Cyber Exposure and Risk Management.;; Conduct technical calls to translate product value into customer solutions.;; Build strong connections with internal teams to enhance collaboration.;; Influence product development based on customer feedback and needs.;; Host webinars to educate customers on industry trends and product updates.
