Job Description:

You will become a subject matter expert, providing insights and integrated solutions that drive value for our organization and clients. Your hands-on approach will involve detailed data analysis, addressing complex operational challenges, and implementing innovative business processes that enhance efficiency. You will lead pilot programs to showcase value and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to modernize analytics processes. This position requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for developing both short-term and long-term strategies for targeting analytics and chart review processes. Your contributions will not only improve our internal operations but also play a significant role in advancing health equity on a global scale.

As a Principal Data Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks that are essential to our operations.:

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of data and business processes related to Chart Review and Risk Adjustment.;; Act as a subject matter expert on chart targeting for the organization.;; Research and innovate analytics methods to create value for the organization and clients.;; Lead pilot programs that demonstrate the effectiveness of new analytics solutions.;; Analyze complex operational data to provide actionable insights.;; Drive strategies for enhancing targeting analytics and chart review processes.;; Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize legacy analytics frameworks.;; Design business processes with automation and monitoring tools to ensure data quality.;; Validate data models and assist in building scalable data processes.;; Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports that communicate complex analytic results.
