Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience for our direct-to-consumer team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and refining intuitive and engaging digital experiences that align with both business objectives and user needs. Your expertise will be pivotal in revamping existing design systems and ensuring consistency across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaborative skills and a solid technical foundation, enabling effective communication with developers and other stakeholders to create seamless user journeys.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks aimed at enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.:

Define and create intuitive digital experiences that meet user expectations.;; Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.;; Optimize user touchpoints to reduce friction and increase engagement.;; Deliver development-ready designs that prioritize ADA compliance.;; Guide design system updates and ensure their consistent application across platforms.;; Collaborate with third-party designers to maintain design consistency.;; Work closely with developers, product owners, and content strategists to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.
