Scrum Master

Job Description:

    As a Scrum Master, you'll play a crucial role in a vibrant team focused on multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems, particularly within the intelligence community. Your primary mission will be to enhance national security by addressing threats related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) materials. You will utilize Integrated Biosurveillance approaches to facilitate early detection and situational awareness, thereby improving decision-making processes during health-related incidents. Your contributions will involve a mix of technical analysis, agile methodology implementation, and cross-organizational collaboration, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks critical for the success of agile projects.:

    Document and review project requirements and specifications.;; Analyze and synthesize feature requests, recommending various technical and business approaches.;; Drive engineering efforts to adhere to tight deadlines.;; Facilitate agile development processes, ensuring effective alignment of requirements and solutions.;; Promote collaboration across the Department of Defense and CDAO teams.;; Provide expertise in agile methodologies to improve processes and outcomes.
