Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester/QA professional to join our agile development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for reviewing project requirements, establishing the scope of testing, and supporting the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase. Your expertise will be vital in identifying potential risks and prioritizing testing efforts to guarantee that all key areas are thoroughly evaluated. You will actively collaborate with business stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios, ensuring that every aspect of the software meets the desired quality standards. By logging and tracking defects from discovery to resolution, you will maintain meticulous records that contribute to the overall improvement of software quality. Your role will also involve providing estimates for testing efforts and facilitating testing meetings to discuss findings and provide go/no-go recommendations based on your insights. Utilizing your knowledge of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and tools like UiPath, you will enhance our testing processes and work closely with both technical and business partners to address any quality issues that arise.

As a Software Tester/QA, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that are key to the success of our software development initiatives.:

Collaborate with an Agile team to meet project objectives.;; Review and clarify requirements to ensure accurate testing.;; Determine testing scope through risk-based assessment.;; Create and execute detailed test plans and scenarios.;; Log and monitor defects throughout their lifecycle.;; Estimate testing efforts required for different project phases.;; Support end users during User Acceptance Testing.;; Lead discussions in testing meetings to summarize findings.;; Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.;; Work with Azure DevOps and UiPath to streamline testing processes.
