Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

    As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding various technical projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include establishing and implementing comprehensive training processes and strategies for all technical personnel. You will be expected to meticulously analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects, ensuring that all technical staff are aligned with the project's goals. In addition to assigning and supervising daily tasks, you will hold regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and provide support as needed. Defining clear deliverables and roles for team members will be crucial, as will researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options to make informed purchasing decisions. Your expertise will also extend to recruiting and training exceptional candidates to strengthen the technical department, while maintaining and updating all production technologies.
