Job Description:

Axiologic Solutions LLC is on the lookout for an experienced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Subject Matter Expert to join our dynamic team. This position will involve working closely with federal clients, providing innovative AI/ML solutions tailored to meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will engage in both collaborative and independent projects, demonstrating superior problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior government executives. The role requires a proactive approach to researching and evaluating emerging technologies, developing efficient AI/ML workflows, and creating algorithmic solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. You will also be responsible for maintaining a technology watch list, performing requirements analysis, and supporting the development of a certified data management solution, all while ensuring alignment with the overarching mission objectives.

The AI/ML SME will perform a variety of engineering and planning functions to ensure the successful development and implementation of AI/ML systems.:

Develop AI/ML workflows and data sets tailored to client specifications;; Create and refine AI/ML tools and algorithmic solutions;; Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare white papers assessing their viability;; Perform requirements analysis and system architecture design;; Support the customer in evaluating AI technical solutions;; Streamline Machine Learning DevOps processes for enhanced efficiency;; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain new systems;; Utilize critical thinking and various software tools to address complex challenges;; Translate technical jargon into accessible language for mission-users
