As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in fostering an Agile environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.:

Lead and mentor development teams in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;; Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives;; Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project objectives and prioritize tasks;; Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress and collaborate with stakeholders for quick resolutions;; Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and actionable changes;; Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and throughout the organization;; Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred
