Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding teams through the Agile lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. You will define the product vision and roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members will be essential as you facilitate discussions and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment to maximize the value of our products.

The Agile Scrum Master will oversee the Agile process, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-value products.:
- Maximize product value by defining and prioritizing the product backlog;; Create and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders;; Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs;; Refine user stories and ensure there are enough 'ready' stories for upcoming sprints;; Review and accept completed stories, making informed decisions on scope and requirements;; Work with teams to ensure optimal value is achieved through technology and business understanding
